Il Fienile di Colletalli is a recently-renovated farm building that has been converted into a unique holiday home, specifically designed for a revitalisation and wellness vacation. It is extremely rare to find a Tuscan vacation house fully equipped as a spa, with swimming pool, sauna and Turkish steam bath along with relaxation and massage furnishings. In addition, the location in the country is ideally adapted to calmness and tranquility, with its crystal air and magnificent forested panoramas of the Colline Metallifere - the "metaliferous" hills of the Alta Maremma.
The fienile houses up to 8 persons in three double bedrooms, two with en suite bathroom, and one room with a double sofa-bed. There are four bathrooms, a large living room, a fully-equipped kitchen, a terrace, a garden and a pool.
The fienile is within easy reach of Radicondole (10-15 minutes by car) where there are shops and restaurants, and less than an hour motoring away from Florence, Siena , San Gimignano , Volterra , Montalcino and Pienza.

Payment conditions
We request a 40% deposit paid by bank transfer at the time of confirmation of your reservation. This deposit is forfeited for cancellations made less than 60 days prior to arrival. The balance should be paid upon arrival in cash.
Price includes: car park, use of swimming pool, weekly linen change, hot and cold water, electricity, gas for cooking, firewood, television.
Not included: telephone, gas for central heating (€4,50 per m³).
